Another Friday, another set of questions and links for everyone!

• Does anyone have any recommendations for a good Chinese cookbook? We live near Oakland’s Chinatown, and so have access to any crazy, authentic ingredient you can name — including Sichuan pepper. In other words, we don’t need something with Americanized ingredients.

• Did Sesame Street ever do a version of Joe Cocker’s song, “The Letter”? Or am I hallucinating? I swear I remember something, but maybe I’m just thinking of Letter B.
• I’m sure most of you have already seen this, but this article about the overnight work at Disneyland is really fascinating. People have been talking about the feral cats, but what about that poor guy who has to watch the tiki show over and over?
